These terms govern your use of this website. Production work for clients is governed separately by the project agreement signed for each engagement.

All portfolio images, videos, text and design on this site are owned by ZIML or used with the permission of our clients. You may not copy, reuse, train models on or redistribute this content without written permission.

Client work

Brand names and campaigns shown as client work appear with the relevant client’s permission. Their trademarks remain the property of their owners. Showing a brand does not imply that brand endorses anything beyond the work presented.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry does not create an agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees and usage rights are confirmed in writing before any project begins.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from linked third-party websites.
